Join us for a discussion with Jack Goldsmith, a distinguished professor of law at Harvard University, on the limitations of presidential power in the realm of national security. Before his time at Harvard, Professor Goldsmith served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel and as Special Counsel to the Department of Defense. Professor Ernest Young will moderate the discussion. A grab-and-go lunch will be provided outside the room beginning around 12:25 pm. Professor Goldsmith's remarks will begin at 12:45pm.
