Daniel B Rodriguez, Dean Pritzker School of Law, Northwestern University, will be giving a lecture on Statutory Interpretation. Dean Rodriguez will talk here about the opinions in the 7th circuit Hively case, considering how the 7th circuit frames some of the major contemporary debates in statutory interpretation.
