Members of the Duke community are invited to join us for a U.S. Supreme Court Moot in Coinbase v. Bielski. This case, which will be argued on March 21st, presents the question of whether a non-frivolous appeal of the denial of a motion to compel arbitration ousts a district court's jurisdiction to proceed with litigation pending appeal.
