Join the Duke Law Fair Chance Project as we partner with the Durham Expunction and Restoration program (DEAR) to review the eligibility of clients at TROSA for criminal record expunction. Students will be assigned a client, review their client's criminal records, prepare an analysis, and then prepare an expunction petition. Students will then present their findings to their clients in-person at a later date. Sponsored by Duke Law Fair Chance Project.
