Please join Berklee College of Music Professor Joe Bennett and Duke Law Professor Jennifer Jenkins for a lively discussion of music copyright and the role of the forensic musicologist. When two songs sound similar, how do we know whether the similarities resulted from copying or coincidence? If copying did occur, when do similarities cross the line into being unlawful?
