Please join Ben Ginsberg, partner at Jones Day with more than 30 years of election law experience, and Andrew Tripp, chief of staff for North Carolina Senate Leader Phil Berger, for a discussion on federal and state political campaigns and the legal issues they face. Mr. Ginsberg will demonstrate the legal analysis he has conducted for numerous presidential campaigns, including a live polling of the audience regarding the Democratic presidential primary as an example.
