This conversation will introduce the main features of the China-Africa relationship to the Duke community. The speakers will discuss the following topics: 1. Diplomacy & International Relations: The way China proceeds to strengthen its relations with African countries and influence the African educational system. 2. Business & Economy: This part will focus on the Chinese investments in Africa and the targeted projects. 3. Law & Disputes: The panel will address the issue of corruption and will question the benefits and the efficiency of the disputes involving China against Africa. Lunch will be served.
