January 2021 update: Fastcase and Casemaker announced a merger on January 5, 2021. Current bar association benefits and account access remain unchanged, as the companies work out details for future platform development.
All U.S. state bar associations provide their members with free access to at least one of the two major low-cost legal reseach services, Fastcase and Casemaker. This table outlines statewide bar membership benefit research services as of March 8, 2022.
