Director, Marketing and Brand Communications
Valerie manages the marketing of Duke Law’s programs and events through the production of brochures, postcards, direct mail and email campaigns, multimedia collateral, and website content. She also oversees use of the Duke Law logo and brand, and advises members of the Law School community on style and visual voice guidelines.
Manager, Media Relations and Editorial Communications
Jeannie handles incoming media requests and pitches faculty members as expert sources on news events. She assists faculty with editing and placing their op-eds in news publications that have included Law360, Inside Higher Education, The News & Observer, Newsday, Politico, The Hill, and The Wall Street Journal.
Digital Communications Specialist
John Bigelow creates engaging digital content for the web and social media, including video, photography, and graphic design. He also supports the management of the Law School's social media accounts, including posting content and monitoring engagement and analytics.
