The Federalist Society is pleased to host Professor John Radsan of the William-Mitchell School of Law in Minneapolis Saint Paul. Professor Radsan is a former Assistant US Attorney and former Assistant General Counsel at the CIA. He will be speaking on President Obama's repackaging of Bush/Cheney national security policies on rendition, the state secrets privilege, military commissions, Predators strikes, and enemy combatants.
