John A. Canning Jr. '69, Stephen A. Schwarzman, and Gao Xiqing '86 to discuss the global implications of the credit crisis. Canning is the chairman and co-founder of Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Schwarzman is the chairman and co-founder of the Blackstone Group, a private-equity firm based in New York. Prior to that position, he was the head of Lehman Brothers' global mergers and acquisitions team.
