Do you want to know more about wine? How to order it in a restaurant? White? Red? Rose? Dry? Sweet? Tannic? Acidic? What does it all mean? Whether you are a food and wine lover thirsty for increased knowledge or a neophyte with a desire to expand your horizons, join Deb Kinney as she takes you on a tour of the basics of wine. Learn how to taste, serve, store, open wine, and read a label. Please bring your own wine glass, if possible, and feel free to bring your lunch, too. Class size is limited to 25 participants.
