The Student Paper Series provides a forum for intellectually stimulating discussions of student scholarship and is open to all Duke Law students (you do not need to present a paper to participate). On March 17, Patricia Richman ('10) will present "Sisters under the Mink? Critical Mass and Women Justices on State High Courts" and Chase Anderson will discuss "The Legacy of Lawrence."
