Please join David Boles' 02, partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins, for a wide-ranging conversation about international capital markets. Mr. Boles will focus specifically on the general structure of a Capital Markets deal, challenges and opportunities for capital markets attorneys in the London market, the impact of Brexit, and the current issues facing the industry. Mr. Boles will also offer advice to students interested in starting their legal careers abroad, particularly careers with international law firms.
