Please join Jan Yves Remy, Counsel at Sidley Austin and Coalter Lathrop, Principal at Sovereign Geographic for a wide ranging conversation about litigation and dispute resolution in the context of advising governments on international trade and maritime law matters. Mr. Lathrop '06 is an international lawyer and cartographer with litigation experience before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS). Ms. Remy recent representations include matters involving sovereign governments engaged in high-profile ongoing disputes at the panel and appellate stages of WTO dispute settlement.
