Please join John Simpkins, General Counsel of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for a wide-ranging conversation about his role as the lead attorney overseeing multibillion dollar budget of the government agency responsible for civilian foreign aid. Prior to his current position at USAID, Mr. Simpkins served as Deputy General Counsel at the Office of Management and Budget in the Obama Administration. He will speak about his career path, day-to-day work, and offer advice to students interested in a career involving international trade and development work.
