March 6: Professor Dunlap attended the annual meeting of the Code Committee hosted by the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. This meeting is mandated by law to survey the operation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. http://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/ucmj/blart-146.htm. He was appointed to this statutory position by the Secretary of Defense in 2010.
