A panel of three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit heard oral arguments at Duke Law on Wednesday, February 5.

Duke Law had the honor of hosting Chief Circuit Judge Kimberly A. Moore, Circuit Judge Todd M. Hughes '92, and Circuit Judge Tiffany P. Cunningham from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to hear oral arguments and participate in a Q&A moderated by Professor Arti Rai.
