Faculty Round-Up | Marginalized Persons Not Protected by SCOTUS Ruling
On June 15, 2020, in a 6-3 opinion written by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
