The new title, co-authored with Judge Jon O. Newman of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, is the first to offer an inside look at the operations of the thirteen U.S. Courts of Appeals through in-depth interviews and surveys with Chief Judges and Clerks of Court about their practices and customs.
