This "Intro to Islamic Law" talk was the first of a series. Islamic Law is often misconstrued by Muslims and others alike. To better understand the legal frameworks of the faith tradition, the Muslim Law Students Association invited speakers to discuss particular areas of law within Islam, such as family law and human rights law. At this introductory event, Imam Mohamed AbuTaleb from the Islamic Association of Raleigh discussed sources and legal interpretation of Islamic Law.
