Checking Voicemail Remotely

  1. Call 919-613-6245 (613-MAIL). 
  2. At the prompt, press star (*).
  3. When prompted for your ID, enter your 7-digit Duke phone number (do not include area code) followed by pound (#). 
  4. Enter your pin, followed by #.
